We'll show you how to quickly and easily integrate your Payroll Hero company account with your Time Doctor company account to seamlessly take advantage of both services.  Once the integration is complete, you'll see the clock in and clock out time from PayrollHero on your dashboard.


If your company doesn't already have a PayrollHero account, ask your company owner or administrator to navigate to the PayrollHero signup page.  PayrollHero is a clock in clock out system with robust scheduling features and advanced payroll tools.


1.)  (Regular users or managers are not able to activate this integration - you must be a Time Doctor owner or administrator.)  Once logged in to the Time Doctor web dashboard, navigate to the company integration page by clicking on Settings > Company Integrations:





2.)  On the next page, you will need to scroll down to the PayrollHero integration and click on the ON/OFF button:





3.)  Then you'll see another page where you can click on the Turn it on link to proceed:





4.)  The email and password fields are the credentials you used to create your PayrollHero company account:





5.)  The next form will ask you to select which user(s) in your Time Doctor account corresponds with the user(s) in your PayrollHero account.  Ensure they are all correctly synced (you can return to this screen later to re-sync if you add more uses) then press the blue Sync button:




6.)  You'll be presented with this success screen upon completion:






7.)  After you clock in and clock out normally with PayrollHero, you'll see these lines appear on your Time Doctor company dashboard.  Please allow up to 30 minutes for your PayrollHero clock in and clock out lines to appear.  (These lines will not appear on the individual style dashboard.):
