In this help document, we'll go over some of the server environment configurations that Time Doctor will need in order to operate smoothly.
If this is your first time using Citrix, you'll want to ensure that your have all the necessary system requirements recommended by Citrix.
Citrix's User Profile Management must be installed, so that user preferences roam properly. Time Doctor does use the HKEY_Current_User (HKCU) registry hive to store sensitive information, so it's critical that the registry settings of each user are properly loaded no matter where they log in from, or what delivery server they connect to. Properly installing Citrix's User Profile Management takes care of this. You can read more about UPM, here.
We also highly recommend a load balancing solution like Netscaler that will allow you easy put one or more delivery servers into maintenance mode. This will be necessary when upgrading the Time Doctor software.
