The process of changing the ownership of a Time Doctor account is a little different than changing the user level of a normal Admin, Manager, or Regular User.  (Click here for detailed information about the different user levels.)


In order to change the Owner of an account, you must log into the Time Doctor Dashboard as the current Owner.  Once you are logged in, navigate to Settings > Company Settings:





On the Company Settings Page, under 'Company Details' you will see a clickable 'Change Owner' link:




Use this link to select a different user in your organization as Owner.  You will need to re-enter your account password for verification.  Once this process is complete, it can only be reversed by the one you've selected as the new Owner.
