If you're not yet familiar with how Projects work in Time Doctor, you may want to start by reading our higher-level overview or projects.

The Projects Report is great for a company to review how much time is being spent on a given project, and by whom.  The Project Report has adjustable date ranges, and can be set to an expanded view so that the dates worked are shown.  The report can be exported in .CVS, .XLS or .PDF formats (.PDF isn't available for all versions of the report).

To navigate directly to the Projects Report page from the Time Doctor Dashboard, click on Reports > Projects:

1.)  Select one or more users first, in the upper left.

2.)  Then select which projects (if any) you'd like to appear in your report.  You may also view time that was not assigned to any project.

3.)  Select the date range you'd like to view/export.

4.)  Select a custom date range.

5.)  (Optional) you can print the report directly from here without saving, or you can export as .CVS, XLS, or .PDF formats:

If you click on the "Collapse All" option, the report will display in a condensed version with the total time spent by each person on each project still showing (the day to day breakdown and task details are hidden):

The "Expand All" option reveals the dates and time spent on each day.  You can also expand and collapse individual users and individuals tasks by clicking on the text for that user/task:
