Time Doctor lets users track time for multiple companies. If you're employed by multiple companies, or if you've created your own company account (by registering directly at www.TimeDoctor.com) and you've also accepted an invitation from another company, you'll need to know how to make sure you're tracking time for the right company.
First, in the Time Doctor Desktop app be sure to choose the correct company. To the right of your name, you'll see the name of the company you currently have selected:
If you are only signed up with one company, you won't see a company name. Instead you'll just see "Sign Out." But if you do have more than one company associated with your email address, then you'll be able to click on the company name and open up a drop down menu where you can choose the company you'd like to log time under:
It is also important to choose the right company when you log into the Time Doctor Web Dashboard. Look to the upper right corner for the name of the company you are currently working for. If your email address is associated with more than one Time Doctor company, then the company name will be clickable:
