Here we'll walk you through the process of changing who can manage whom in Time Doctor.  Note, it is not possible for a Regular User to manage someone else.  The user level must be that of a Manager, Administrator, or Owner in order to manage another user.  An Owner or Administrator can change the user level of any person in the company at any time.


First, navigate from the Time Doctor Web Dashboard to Settings > Manage Users:





Then, look to the right hand side of the page where you will see an Edit button.  Click on the Edit button for the user you wish to set managerial access for:

On the next screen, you'll see all the options you'll need to configure any management hierarchy:
