What subscription plans does Time Doctor offer?
Time Doctor offers three subscription plans—Basic, Standard, and Premium—available on either a monthly or annual basis. See the full comparison on the Pricing Plans page.
How does billing work?
Billing starts after the 14-day free trial ends. Subscriptions are billed one month in advance for monthly plans or annually in advance for annual plans. Discounts are available for annual payments. For custom billing arrangements, contact support@timedoctor.com.
What is Time Doctor’s policy on refunds?
Time Doctor offers a 14-day full-featured trial. Refunds are not issued after the trial period, unless there are special circumstances such as service outages or failed cancellation requests.
Users removed after a billing cycle are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, it’s possible to add new users to replace removed ones within the same billing cycle without extra charges—as long as the number of new users does not exceed those removed.
Example: If five users are removed and six added, only one additional license will be charged.
If I add a new user during a monthly subscription, how will Time Doctor charge me?
The account will be charged immediately on a prorated basis for the new user.
If I add a new user during an annual subscription, how will Time Doctor charge me?
The account will be charged on a prorated basis for the new user.
Will I get a refund if I delete users during my annual subscription?
No. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, removed users can be replaced with new users without additional fees.
Will I be charged extra if I have one user using both Automatic and Interactive versions of the app?
Yes. One license is required per app version. If a single user uses both, two licenses are required.
Am I charged for my client accounts?
No. Client accounts are free. Learn more on User Access Levels.
What payment methods are accepted?
