What subscription plans does Time Doctor offer?

Three subscription plans are available on either a monthly or annual payment scheme. For more details, you can review the list of our subscription plans here.

How does billing work?

Once your free trial ends, Time Doctor will charge you for one month in advance.

The subscription is monthly, but you have the option of choosing an annual plan as well. We do offer a discount if you wish to go with the annual plan. Reach out to support@timedoctor.com for more details about this.

What is Time Doctor's Policy on Refund?

Time Doctor offers 14-days full trial without any limitations. During that time, you can implement, evaluate and find value in our product. We would like to communicate that, unfortunately, our refund policy does not extend beyond the trial period. Post the conclusion of the trial period, we are unable to issue any refunds unless there are special circumstances including service interruptions and/or you have previously requested to cancel your account, and it was not deactivated.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that refunds or credits for removed users after the billing cycle are not within our policy. We strongly suggest, if required, to adjust number of users before your next billing cycle. Nevertheless, customers retain the flexibility to introduce new users as replacements during the same billing cycle, with no additional expansion fees incurred.
This option depends on the condition that the number of newly added users equals the count of users removed within the corresponding billing cycle. For instance, if an account starts the billing cycle with 50 users, removes 5, and subsequently adds 6 within the same cycle, the additional charge will only apply for 1 user. This approach enables smooth adjustments to user numbers to meet operational needs.

If I add a new user during a monthly subscription, how will Time Doctor charge me?

If you add a new user during monthly subscription, you’ll be charged immediately on a prorated basis for that user.

If I add a new user during an annual subscription, how will Time Doctor charge me?

Will I get a refund if I delete users during my annual subscription?

We don’t offer any refunds on the annual subscription. If you need to delete any users from your account, you can replace the deleted user with a new user without paying anything extra. You can always email us if you have any questions.

Will I be charged extra if I have one user using both silent and interactive versions of the app?

Yes, if you want one user on both versions of the app, you’ll need two licences for that user.
