Does Time Doctor Allow Limits for Contractor's Tracked Time?

Time Doctor does not currently support limiting the amount of time that contractors can track. There is no built-in feature to enforce a maximum tracked time limit per day, week, or billing period for any user role.

Tracked time can be monitored through reports and manually edited by admins or managers with the appropriate access level. However, automated time caps cannot be configured within the platform.

Alternative options

• Monitor usage: Use the Reports section to regularly review the time tracked by contractors.
• Edit manually: Admins and managers can adjust tracked time via the Edit Time page.
• Communicate guidelines: Establish external policies or agreements with contractors that define expected work hours or time caps.
