How Long Does Time Doctor Keep My Account Data For?

Time Doctor stores account data for defined periods to support performance analysis, compliance, and reporting needs:

• Paid-for-Accounts retention period is a rolling two-year basis.

• Trial Accounts have retention period of 180 days from the end of a trial period. 

• Individual page URLs (within each visited website) are retained for two months.
