How to Activate an Archived User in Time Doctor

 

TL;DR

Reactivate an archived user in Time Doctor by navigating to Settings / Users, selecting the Archived Users tab, locating the user, and clicking the Restore icon. Restoration is only possible within 730 days of archival.

Follow these steps to restore an archived user account:

Step 1: Open Settings

Go to Settings / Users from the main navigation menu.

Step 2: Access Archived Users

Click on the Archived Users tab to display all users whose accounts have been archived.

Step 3: Locate the User

Find the user to be restored from the list of archived accounts.

Step 4: Restore the User

Click the Restore icon next to the desired user's name. This will immediately reactivate the user’s account.

 

Important Notes

  • Users archived for more than 730 days cannot be restored.

  • Restored users must sign in again to regain access to their account.
