How to Add Automatic App Users
Note: Adding Automatic App Users is available with all Time Doctor Subscription Plans. This can be accessed and configured by both Owners & Admins.
TL;DR:
Enable Review and Approve New Automatic Application Users, verify the New Automatic Users tab, manage users by category, and install the desktop app using OS-specific methods. Restart all user devices for accurate detection.
Pre-Requisite
Enable Review and Approve New Automatic Application Users in Settings / Company Settings page under the Configuration section (disabled by default).
Confirm that a new tab labeled New Automatic Users appears in the Settings / Users page.
User Categories in New Automatic Users
Pending Approval
All new automatic user attempts appear here. No billing starts yet.
