Note: This feature is available to all Time Doctor Subscription Plans. Only Owners and Admins may configure this feature.
Enable Mobile App Access at Settings / Company Settings. Under Configuration, select an option from the Allow Tracking in Mobile App drop-down menu.
There are three options available:
- For Everyone - selected by default, this option enables existing and new users to Install and Use either the IOS Mobile App or the Andriod Mobile App.
- For No One - choose this option to disable access for all users.
- For Specific Users - select this option to enable the feature for selected users.
Configure this further on the Settings / Users page under the Allow Mobile App Tracking column. If the column is not visible, enable it from the Columns Settings on the right.
Choose to toggle this On or Off for individual users, or use the bulk edit option to apply settings to multiple users.
