How to Limit the Automatic App Tracking to Specific Hours

 

 

The Automatic Tracking Times feature allows admins to specify company-level working hours and exclude all activities tracked by Automatic Apps outside those hours from reports. This feature applies to Automatic Apps only. If the company uses both Interactive and Automatic Apps, this will only apply to Automatic users.

 

Configuration

 

To configure this feature, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to the Settings / Company Settings page
  2. Under the Configuration section, find the Automatic Tracking Times setting
  3. Select Track during specific times
  4. Select the times when Automatic App should track time in the company
  5. Select days and times to which it is applicable

Automatic Config

 

Activities outside of those specified times will be excluded from reports.  

 

Tip: If the company needs to track all the time during specific days, simply set the option to track all the time, instead of setting times from 12 AM to 12 AM.
