What Does the Free Trial Include?
Every new account receives 14 days of free access to all Premium plan features, with no credit card required. Subscribe to a paid plan at any point during or after the trial. At the end of the 14 days, choose to remain on Premium or downgrade to a lower tier.
What Are the Billing Options?
Pay monthly or annually. Annual billing includes two free months, equal to a 16.6% discount versus paying month-to-month. Time Doctor charges monthly and annual payments at the end of the trial period and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Does Time Doctor Offer Refunds?

How Long Does Implementation Take?
Most teams can get started within a day. For larger setups, Time Doctor offers guided onboarding.
How Do I Cancel My Account?
Log in as the Company Owner, go to Settings / Billing, and select Cancel Account under the Billing Details section. Select a cancellation reason and confirm. See the cancellation instructions for the full walkthrough.
Does Time Doctor Charge Sales or Consumption Tax?
Certain U.S. states and countries require sales or consumption tax. If a subscription includes sales tax, VAT, GST, or a comparable tax, the amount appears on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
