TL;DR
Banner appears when credentials change or auth token expires (~every 6 months). Sign out and sign back in to resume syncing. Time entries recorded during expiration won’t sync until re‑login.
Login Expired Notification
When this banner appears, handle one of the following scenarios:
- Change account name or password for Time Doctor.
- Admin updated account credentials via API.
- Authentication token expired (typically every 6 months unless previous steps occur first).
Resolution Steps
- Sign out from the application.
- Sign back in immediately.
Note: Time entries recorded from the moment the banner appeared until re‑login will not sync to the dashboard until completion of sign out and sign in.
