Troubleshooting Email Notification Issues: Steps to Resolve Non-Delivery

 

Note: Default Email Notifications is available in Standard and Premium subscription plans and can be accessed by Managers, Admins, and Owners.

 

TL;DR

  • Enable Daily and Weekly report toggles under Settings / Notifications to receive email notifications.

  • Check the Spam or Junk folder in your email client. If Time Doctor emails are there, mark them as Not Spam.
