Web Application Language Support Limitations

 

Note: Language support in the web application is not available on any Time Doctor subscription plan.

 

TL;DR:

Time Doctor's web application is only available in English. Users cannot change the language of the interface, menus, reports, or settings. This limitation applies to all web-based components including the Dashboard, Settings, Reports, and other management features. For non-English users, browser-based translation tools may offer limited assistance but are not officially supported or guaranteed to be accurate. Language customization is not available at either the user or company level, and there is no current option to localize the interface.

 

The Time Doctor web application currently does not offer multilingual interface options. All features, settings, and pages within the web platform are available in English only.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dashboard

  • Settings / Company Settings

  • Settings / Users

  • Reports

  • Projects and Tasks

  • Admin and Manager controls

Language preferences cannot be customized per user or company level for the web version at this time.

 

Alternative Options

While the desktop app may display certain system messages or native UI elements in the operating system's language, this does not extend to the Time Doctor web application.

For now, consider using browser-based translation tools, such as:

  • Google Chrome’s Translate feature

  • Microsoft Edge’s built-in translation

 

These tools provide a rough translation and may not always capture context accurately. Use with discretion, especially for configuration or report settings.
