What reports does Time Doctor generate?

Activity Summary
Present active time, idle minutes and idle seconds, manual time, unproductive time, and mobile time per user over a selected period. Only accessible to admins and managers.

Attendance
Display whether a user is Present, Absent, Partially Absent, or Late for scheduled shifts. Provide filters for users with shifts and those who were late or absent.
Hours Tracked
Show hours tracked per user per day, week, or any custom date range
Projects & Tasks
Report total time spent on each project and each task, for each user—available only if project/task tracking is enabled.
Timeline
- Day view: Display each user’s start/end time, activity blocks, breaks, and working status (online, break, last tracked)
- Week view: Summarize daily tracked hours across the week. The day‑view side panel shows more detailed activity breakdowns
Web & App Usage
Track time spent on websites and applications based on privacy settings — Basic, Extended, or Custom. Classify usage as productive, unproductive, or neutral. Provide details via side panel per row. Read more about this report here.
Internet Connectivity
Track offline (non‑internet) time per user and calculate percentage of total tracked time spent offline. Requires installation of desktop app v3.4.8+ on Windows or macOS and must be enabled in company settings
This report is only available for the Premium plan; it can be enabled in Settings / Company settings - see the Internet connectivity monitoring setting there.
Internet Connectivity Report is available with Time Doctor Premium plan and this is accessible with all user access levels.
