In the Timeline Report, each color represents a different type of time tracked during a user's workday. These visual indicators help clarify how time is spent:

Green – Active Computer Time

Indicates periods of active work on a desktop or laptop, where mouse and/or keyboard activity is detected.

Blue – Mobile Time

Represents time tracked using the Time Doctor mobile app, typically for work done away from a computer.

Yellow – Manual Time

Marks time entries manually added by a user. Manual time is commonly used to log offline work or tasks completed outside the tracking app.

Purple – Leave Time

Shows scheduled leave such as vacation or sick days, recorded via the system’s Leave Management settings.

Gray with White Dot – Paid Break

Identifies company-defined break periods that are paid and included in working hours.

Gray with Strikethrough Dollar Sign – Unpaid Break

Highlights unpaid break periods (e.g., lunch or personal time) that do not count toward paid hours.

Hovering over any segment in the Timeline Report reveals a tooltip with the exact time range and time type.
