What Are the Main Parts of the Interactive Desktop App?

Note: Interactive Desktop App — Main Parts is available in all Time Doctor plans and can be accessed by all user roles

TL;DR:
Identify the main controls in the Interactive Desktop App, understand what each section shows (including Worked Todaydetails on hover), access Settings/FAQ/Sync Status quickly, and use the Activity Bar to keep the current task and timer visible on top of other windows. Enable Edit Time via the Can edit time setting if adjustments are permitted.
