How To Grant Billing Access to Another User
Note: Billing Access Delegation is available in all Time Doctor subscription plans and can be configured only by the Owner.
TL;DR:
Only the Owner can grant billing access to another user. Go to Settings / Company Settings, open the Billing section, and assign access through Who can access billing?. The selected user will then see the Billing option under Settings.
Follow these steps to grant billing access:

Navigate to Settings / Company Settings.

Scroll down to the Billing section.

Find Who can access billing?.

Select the user who should be able to access billing.
Once added, the selected user will see the Billing option in Settings. This applies to any access level, including Regular Users, Managers, and Admins.
