Some people might have concerns that Time Doctor might slow down their system; however, it is unlikely.
There are two versions of the Time Doctor app: Automatic and Interactive. It’s normal for the interactive app to consume more resources because it has a UI and the Automatic App version does not.
The Time Doctor Automatic App version is less than 55 MB in size for Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu. Use the images below as a reference point for how much each app consumes.
