The Time Doctor desktop application and the servers generally sync every 3–5 minutes.
The data can sometimes take longer to sync. Here are some possible reasons for a delay in data syncing:
- A slow internet connection (on the user’s side)
- Antivirus or firewall restrictions (on the user’s side)
- High traffic on the servers (which will resolve itself when there is less traffic).
Therefore, if your desktop app shows more tracked time than what is shown in reports, it means that some time hasn't been synced yet.
