How to Migrate from Time Doctor Classic to the New Time Doctor (Assisted Migration)

Note: Migration assistance is available for companies with a minimum of 40 users and can be requested by Account Owners. Post-migration validation can be performed by Admins.

TL;DR:

Migrate from Time Doctor Classic (TDC) to the New Time Doctor (TD2) with assistance from a Migration Engineer if the account has at least 40 users. Only active users, projects, and tasks transfer; tracked time does not. Access to Classic remains for 30 days or until the end of the subscription, whichever is shorter.
