How to Prevent Desktop Apps From Timing Out on Calls

Note: The Don’t Time Out on Calls feature is available in all Time Doctor plans and can be accessed by Owners and Admins in Company Settings.

TL;DR:

Enable Don’t Time Out on Calls in Company Settings to stop desktop apps from timing out during video calls. Configure for everyone or selected users. Feature works only if Web & App Privacy is ON and is limited to two hours per call session.

Step 2: Enable the Feature
  • Select Don’t Time Out on Calls.
