How to Switch Ownership of Your Time Doctor Account
Note: Ownership Transfer is available in all of Time Doctor's Subscription Plans and can be accessed by Owner (to initiate) and Admins (eligible to be selected as the new Owner).
TL;DR:
Transfer account ownership from the current Owner in Settings → Company settings. Ensure the intended recipient already has Admin access. After transfer, the former Owner is automatically set to Admin.
How to Switch Ownership of a Time Doctor AccountBefore starting

Confirm that the intended new Owner has Admin access.

If not, promote the user in Settings → Users → Level.

Sign in as the current Owner.

In Owner, select the new Owner (must be an Admin).

Confirm in the pop-up by selecting Continue.
What happens next

The new Owner gains Owner permissions immediately.

The previous Owner’s access level changes to Admin.
Requirements and constraints

Only the current Owner can perform an ownership change.

A company account can have only one Owner at a time.

Prepare a backup Admin who can be selected as Owner when leadership changes are planned.
