The activity bar in Time Doctor is a small overlay that sits on top of all other windows on your computer. It shows you the current task you're working on and how long you've been working on it, even if you have the desktop application minimized. You can also start and stop the timer using this activity bar.
In instances where the Activity Bar is not visible, simply follow these steps to get it working again.
The steps below only apply to the Windows Operating System.
1. Set the Activity Bar to be hidden in the Desktop application as shown below.
2. Exit the application as shown below.
Please follow the steps below exactly how they are desciribed. Accidentaly deleting folders in the registry other than TD, may cause serious instabilities or even crashes in your operating system.
3. Open Registry Editor by pressing Win+R keys and typing regedit.
4. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software and delete TD folder as shown in the image below.
5. Open the Time Doctor Desktop App and Set the Activity Bar to Visible.
For MacOS Users
The steps below only apply to the MacOS Operating System.
1. Go to System Settings
2. Open Displays
3. Change the Display to Larger text and put it back to Default
