Missing Time in the Time Doctor Desktop App
Note: This troubleshooting step is available in all Time Doctor subscription plans and can be accessed by all user roles.

Missing Time in the Time Doctor Desktop App
When the internet connection is unstable or interrupted, the Time Doctor desktop app may display zero hours worked for the current day.
Do not worry — all tracked time is recorded locally before being uploaded to Time Doctor servers.
Step 1: Restart the Desktop App
- Sign out of the Time Doctor desktop app.
- Close the app completely.
- Open the app again.
- Check whether tracked hours appear correctly.
Step 2: Send the Local Cache
If hours still do not appear after restarting:
- Follow the instructions in How to Find Your Time Doctor Cache Files.
- Send the cache files to support@timedoctor.com for review.
