Time Doctor Default Email Notifications

  • Managers, Admins, and Owners of
  • Standard and Premium Subscription plans

 

Time Doctor default email notifications are designed to simplify the workflow and keep the team informed without the need for manual setup.

 

What are Default Email notifications?

 

Default email notifications are pre-configured alerts that keeps the team informed about important metrics and events without any setup required. 

 

What notifications will be receive?

 

Our Default Email Notifications encompass various criteria designed to help the organization maintain effective time management.

 

  1. If Allow Regular Users to Request Leave Time is enabled:
    1. Real-Time: User added leave time.
  2. If Schedules is enabled:
    1. Daily: Did not follow a work schedule
  3. For Interactive and Mixed companies:
    1. Daily: Unproductive time % per day greater than 5%
    2. Daily: Did not track time last day
    3. Daily: Manual and mobile time added greater than 1 hour
    4. Daily: Daily hours tracked lower than 6 hours
  4. For Automatic companies:
    1. Daily: Unproductive time % per day greater than 10%
    2. Daily: Did not track time last day
    3. Daily: Daily hours tracked lower than 6 hours

Who receives these Notifications?

 

Default Email Notifications are tailored to each company’s size and roles within the organization:

  • Below 300 Time Doctor users: Owners, admins, and managers will receive notifications covering everyone in their respective groups.
  • 300+ Time Doctor users: Managers will receive notifications specific to the groups they manage.

 

Also, owners will receive Default Email Notifications only if no one in the company has manually created at least one email notification at Time Doctor.

 

How to manage Default Email Notifications

 

We understand that preferences may vary, so we’ve included an “Unsubscribe” link in every email. Simply click the link to adjust the notification settings accordingly.

 

Lastly, one can also edit, enable, disable, and delete those notifications directly from the Settings / Email Notification page.
